Welcome to KOCWASH. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KOCWASH website, platform, applications, and related services.

KOCWASH is primarily intended for laundry business owners, operators, managers, and authorised members of laundry businesses.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your KOCWASH account.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You should immediately notify KOCWASH if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into KOCWASH about your business, employees, customers, orders, payments, and other business activities.
You must ensure that you have the necessary authority or lawful basis to provide personal information relating to your customers, employees, or other individuals to KOCWASH.
Access to certain KOCWASH features may require an active subscription.
Subscription plans may include monthly, six-monthly, and yearly plans, or other plans that KOCWASH may introduce in the future.
The applicable subscription price, duration, features, and other conditions will be displayed before you subscribe.
KOCWASH reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where required.
Where a subscription requires payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and pay the applicable subscription fee.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. KOCWASH may not directly store complete payment-card information where such information is handled by the applicable payment provider.
Your access to subscription-based features may be restricted if a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment is unsuccessful.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit KOCWASH's platform or intellectual property without appropriate permission.
We aim to keep KOCWASH available and reliable; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
